Sophia Toun

Zumba Instructor

I was hooked after my first class in 2010.  I became certified in 2013.  I am so proud to be a Zumba® instructor and love sharing my passion with others.  Especially those who were like ME, too intimidated to go to a gym and needed to get healthy!  (I have NEVER gone to a commercial gym!  The thought of all those machines and heavy weights scared me.  Not to mention how BORING to be in such a contraption.)  I had a desk job and gained way too much weight after having my last daughter.

STRESSED, OVERWEIGHT and DEPRESSED but then I found Zumba®.

It has changed my life and it WILL change yours;  if you stick to it!  That is why I am so passionate about sharing this program.  I stopped looking to FOOD and my COUCH for comfort and now I am so MOTIVATED to encouraging others to STOP it too.  JUST STOP IT!  GET to class and meet awesome people and get movin’ and shakin’!

Mike Pagliarini

Personal Trainer

Mike is a graduate of Salve Regina University where he

also played football. After three injury plagued years he decided it was time to part ways from his passion for the sake of his health. He has always been undersized so he has constantly felt the need to prove himself to his coaches, yet he knew he needed to get more muscle. So going into camp his junior year he decided to make it his mission to show that no obstacle would stand in his way. After setting concrete goals and a grueling summer of training he recorded a 225 bench press and 275 squat weighing in at only 140lbs. It was a true testament to what hard work can get you. At that moment his passion for fitness was born. That feeling will stay with him for the rest of his life as he has now made it his mission to help as many people experience that very same feeling.

Mike is a NASM certified personal trainer and NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist as well as CPR/AED certified
